Dave processes all the orders himself and has been traveling some, I just talked to him and he mentioned having to check his mail back home to get caught up.

He also mentioned trying to get to the Dallas show to sell CDs in person and meet folks. If he does somebody needs to get him up to sing!

Dave called me a couple of weeks ago and I invited him to our show in Atlanta last Sunday.

Lo and behold, he showed up and sang "Waltz You Saved For Me" with me and my band.

Great singer. Country with a bluegrass flair.
Great guy also.

I've heard this CD. It's really tremendous. I said to myself at the time that this is the logical extension to the direction I wish country music mainstream had taken after what we now call "the golden era". The high road all the way. Great songs, great singin', great playin, great emotion, no holes barred. 8)

Hey guys just to let you know, I received my payment back from the Post Office. "Unable to Forward" Just double checked the address, and it is exactly what Paul posted. I think I mailed it on 2/10. Anyone else either get the CD or their check back? Would much rather have the CD!!!! LOL! Is there a different address?

Is the address for ordering listed in Paul's first post correct? I'd love to have this disc but Mike Ps mail being returned has me concerned.

I don't want to start some kind of confusion on this, so I just PMd Paul and let him know, so he can double check the address.
I've checked, and the address I have on the letter is exactly what Paul has posted. The hand writng IS legible. LOL
If anyone is in contact with Paul, maybe just let him know.
Thanks
I'm really looking forward to having this CD.

Hello all,

Paul let me log in under his address. I just wanted to address any concerns about shipment of product. Recently I thought about a move to GA from Nashville, and it didn't prove to be the way to go, so I am back in Nashville. On top of that I've been traveling for a few weeks - I play music for a living. I apologize to anyone who slipped through the cracks on the address change and forwarding. I just got back into to town and sent out 40 orders, some of which have already arrived at their destination.

The permanent address you can order from is P.O. Box 68197 Nashville, TN 37206. I will also be in Dallas for the show in March for those of you who would like to get one in person. I will be doing a number or 2 with Paul. Thanks for your understanding on this.

Also,

A note on the steel playing on this record. If you are a steel guitar player or just love the steel guitar, you don't want to miss this one. The playing from Buddy, John and Paul is worth the price of admission alone. All of the playing is done in the context of a great traditional country band with outstanding fiddle, guitar and upright bass etc. It was easy to sing with this backup. I consider myself to be a very blessed man for this. I hope you enjoy this record as much as we did making it.

Paul you're the best man - one of the finest musicians I've ever played with, and a great guy. Thank you.

Dave Peterson

Got mine!

Hello David and Paul,
I received my copy today (Monday). It is truly a "must-have" for country traditionalists. All the instrumentation is great. The vocals and harmonies are right up there with the great steel guitar players. Thanks for the tip, Paul. It is truly amazing!

Dave and Paul,

I received the CD today and only had the time to listen to it 15 times or maybe 16 but there still tomorrow!
Let me say this,

Dave, not only are you an awesome singer but you are keeping "Real Country" alive with this CD!

As i sat and listen to it, i can hear the breathe of emotion in every song. It's not just singin, it is only coming from your heart and anyone can tell it is the love you have in what you do. Very rare these days and a gift you have been given to share with players like me. It takes my heart to places i thought i had forgotten. It brings family i have lost back to the front of my heart! Thank you!

Paul, Buddy and Mr. Hughey if ya listenin, this is also a gift to me personally from the players i have spent my life learning from. In every note each of you played on this CD my heart knows that you all truly gave every once of emotion and care you could so that we all would know you wanted and did your best on this true country CD. What an awesome pure gift of true love for steel guitar you guys have given me! Thanks guys and i know Mr. Hughey is smiling on this one.
"Family Bible" was one of my Daddy's favorites and he died last April. I will tell you when this came on it broke my heart!! Not in a bad way but made me feel Daddy was right there. He was a good steel player and my hero!
I know, I'll shut up but thanks again! It's worth more than money!

Kenny
