Brain if your are actually going to court I wouldn't be disclosing some of the finacial facts that may be sensative to a judgment.

And for the record, contrary to what Mr. Keanes has stated to the court, there has been absolutely NO money, gifts, parts, contributions or other tangibles received on this.

glad to hear justice prevailed (sort of).
sorry you had to go thru all that..some people have no honor or sense.

Dont send Skip that guitar until you get your expense money...obviously...and take some pics of it before you send it back.

After reading this entire thread, I am just floored by the community of this board. I'm on boards for gyroplanes, reptiles, electronics, guitars, SONAR software, Toyota Yaris, jeez, the list goes on - NEVER have I seen such a magnificent outpouring of help and brotherhood as evidenced by this single thread.

It's enough to make me want to practice, practice, practice to do good by you guys....

I am waiting for my Carter S-10 to arrive in the mail; I traded a Carter D-10 for it (hernia surgery) but I did the deal with Carter so hopefully all will be right with the guitar.

Glad to hear things worked out somewhat.

Frenchy. I'm happy to hear this all worked out for you in the end. I'm sure you went through a lot to get this far, and that's the real sad part about it.

My best wishes to you always.

Danny

I tried to stay out of this, but could not resist. Did you get the check cashed or did he stop payment on it? Transactions like this, just make me sick. James
