Hey John, I'm an amp tech, what do you need to know?
Also, remember when we talked about a device that will cancel out the hum from a single coil pickup, without changing the tone of the single coil pickup? Well, I'll be building a prototype in a few weeks. If it works out as well as I think it might I will post it here on the forum.

John - The Amp Workshop is one of the most popular with professional techs. It can get a little heated at times, but there's some good stuff there:

The WeberVST board is also a good resource:

http://www.webervst.com/vstbbs/bbs.html

If you have any tube amp stuff that needs help, email or call me; cap jobs I can do for you cheap, and rebiasing will generally cost you zero. Wink Any heavy stuff I have a great local tech I can send you to.

FWIW almost all the references given deal with tube amps. I don't know of any SS guitar amp discussion boards.
