C Jam - Tommy White ISGC on YouTube

Post by Bill Ferguson »

I have just uploaded a live clip of Tommy at the convention in 1995. When Scotty announced "Tommy White" this is what came out of the chute.

Why I have to play a couple of short songs before EVER playing a fast song.

Whew!

Enjoy

Wow! That Tommy is Fast!. We used to play "Perdido" Back in the late 40's and 50's, but I never, ever could play fast licks like that. As we all know,Tommy is sure a great all around steel player too.....al:):)

He's just phenominal and keeps getting better. God only knows what standard he will achieve before he hangs up his picks.

Tommy is second to no one. He always sounds great, but I think he sounded best on those Emmons guitars.
