It seems like $30.00 is a great deal for this?

I bet it will do just what it says.

I've got lots of Behringer stuff, and while not the fanciest nor sturdiest, they have pretty good sound.

also for $30 they make an acoustic guitar processor/DI box.

I'd say go for it.
