Frank:
Enjoyed viewing you're website. The sound clips from your CD are terrific. It was nice meeting you when you were in Nashville. I couldn't tell from the picture but what brand of Steel Guitar do you have. Take care, Nick

Hook and Nick, thank you both very much! Nick, that guitar is a 1974 Marlen that I bought from Leonard Stadler in 1975. It has been very "faithful" to me over the years. I used it during my years as bandleader with Dave and Sugar in the mid to late 70s and on my gigs with Ray Price in the early 80s. We will be adding some pics of the old "Blue Marlen" in action on the website soon. Oh and BTW, that is THE Marlen still featured to this day on their website and literature. Thanks F.R.

Smiley -We here in Michigan have been enjoying Frank's trememdous talent on Steel and Guitar for years at the local shows, etc. Frank Played part of a tape of his playing which was going on his CD. Well!!! Is the CD ready now, Frank? Where is mine?
We here are proud of Frank here in Michigan. LT. Zinn and Evelyn Whitney made sure he was in their HOF fundraising shows in Grand Rapids. Those were all great shows....al

I was trying to remember where and when we had met, then I remembered that it was about 20 years ago at the Fairgrounds in Shawnee, Oklahoma, where Dave & Sugar played the show and my band played the dance.
EDITED after listening to the clips on Franks website to say.... WOW! Sounded even better than listening to his sound-check warm-up.
