What's the best pickup set up for E9th/C6th

I'm considering putting a George L TW on my E9th and an E66 on my C6th, is this the best chioce? I love the tone of the TW on E9th but I'm not sure about the C6th neck.Any help or advise would be greatly appreciated. Dave (UK)
