As I was setting up for my set at the NTSGA "SuperJam",I was checking to see that everything was working okay. The "Big E" came up & said, something to the effect of,"That's a great tone you got there! What are you running it through?" I told him that I was running it through a ProFex II,& told him to check out the setting on it. It was program # 14,"Buddy". Thanx "E",you made my YEAR!!

I dunno, Smiley - it seems like the least you could do would be to buy some the guy's CDs....

Joe,
I agree, but I think what Roger was implying was that some money should actually change hands.

what I heard was more something like this:

Buddy: "what a hell is all that parafinalia?"

Smiley: "what do you care ,you a..h...e ,wouldn`t give me a lessons when I asked you"

Buddy: "yeah,was I an a..h...e eh?"

then Smiley beagan singin` in his mic and it sounded like someone got lost in the sewer...scared the hell out of the poor Don Helms who almost knocked over his ole Gibson...and I decided it was time to go eat something...

Smiley isn't it more like 60plus years? Greg,I agree he probably didn't pay for the two he lost, which will probably turn up somewhere where he buried them like a squirrel. Anyway I Know where Smileys money went these past days. You might say he threw it into the toilet.
