Lloyd Green artical in the Tennessean

Post by Alan Pagliere »

Did any of you read this article about Lloyd Green?

Very good. Tells Lloyd Green's story and the potential comeback of not only his playing but the steel as the second voice in country music it always was until country went Hollywood pop. I wrote the writer, Mr. Cooper, and thanked him.

I hope people other than just us on this forum read this.

Speaking of Lloyd, I know the Charlie Pride Live At Panther Hall cd is getting pretty rare, but I found it at half.com, ebays store. Very reasonable price, too.

and buy the album. "Revisited" is sensational! I'm listening to it several times a day (and hearing it in my head when it's not playing!). Way to go, Lloyd!!!
