I guess this question is directed toward Mark Van Allan, but anyone please feel free to comment.
I am somewhat familiar w/ B.G.U.G.'s music, but everytime I hear the name I keep thinking of Widespread Panic. For some reason I keep thinking that you/they worked on some stuff together or something. Mark, do ya'll have some affiliation w/ Widespread or am I just mistaken? Thanks-Brandon (Origonally a S.Georgia Boy)

Hi, Brandon, taking a break from mastering on our newest CD and saw your question- Our original Fiddle player was David Blackmon, of the Jerry Reed band among many others. He played on several WSP albums and did some touring with them as well. He's filling the fiddle chair on our first CD "Barnyard Gone Wrong" which is still available here on the forum catalog. After leaving Blueground Undergrass, David had an accident where he was severely paralyzed, and has since made a truly remarkable recovery. He's currently playing with the Emma Gibbs band, and we get to jam together and sit in at festivals when we're co-billed.
