I'm recommending a stereo system

I needed a compact stereo system so I went to Wal-Mart and compared units with my Lloyd Green cd. I ended up buying the Panasonic SC-PM18. It sound very musical and has a lot of punch. It has the usual cd/tuner/cassette layout. The biamped 2-way speakers are cool. The THD is of course a high 10%. Can't expect too much from these units. For $150 I'm satisfied. The newer version is SC-PM19 which allows MP3 discs to play. Same price. Target sells them too. This thing sounded head and shoulders above the rest.
