Add Jeannie Sheppard and Jan Howard and Jeannie Seeley,Connie Smith and it's a true Opry Ladies nite.Have miss no nothing shut up and use her time to feature all the artist and it's a good night.Nothing wrong with the advirtised guest tho.

The song "So Wrong" was written by Carl Perkins not Mel Tillis. Mel is a great writer but let's keep the facts straight.

I ( the critic that I am ) thought that the satuday night show was very good. I don't know who the Steel players were other than Tommy White, but they were all great, especially the player for Loretta. If Mell Tillis didn't write "So Wrong" I can't imagine why Pam Tillis would tell the listening and viewing audience that her father wrote the song...

According to the B.M.I. database, the song being discussed here was written by Danny Dill, Carl Perkins, and Mel Tillis.

I really enjoyed the show. As far as the steel players go, who were the other two, in addition to Tommy White?
Lorrie Morgan, great voice, great****!
Loretta, still going strong, even when the memory slips.
Tammy, got to hear more of this lady.
Pam, as pure country as a butter churn.
Martina, one of the best stylists.

I thought it was a very good show also.Lorreta showed some of the lingering affects of her recent illness.Lorries steel player had a nice tone and got some good camera exposure.

Tommy White's playing behind Tammy Cochran was great! Really some jaw-dropping stuff.

Who played steel for Loretta and Lorrie? Image Wayne Dahl and Tim Sargent haven't been mentioned by name and they did a wonderful Job!
I think the ladies have the singing covered Image
