Open Position licks

Post by Ward Wilsey »

I have a problem improvising when I get to the open (no pedal) position of a chord. I do a couple of feeble things, and that's it, boring. Can anyone show me a few licks, especially ones that utilize the A&B pedals in the open position? Any help would be appreciated. Ward
