Since we dont know what key your doin it out of I can only tell you the way I do it.
I do it out of D
On third fret with the D lever in, strings 67&8 release D lever & play strings 45&6 (G) then back to D lever position as before strings 67&8 then slide up to 5th fret strings 34&5 with the A pedal to 4th fret to 3rd fret for (That 7th
) & back to the D lever positionRick
