Old Goodrich stereo pedal

I wanted to try a Goodrich pedal to see how it works with my Tonex setup. The pedal is at least 30 years old and has been sitting around for most of that time. I think I can replace with a single pot but upon examination it looks like the two pots in it are somehow linked together. I really don't need 2 separate inputs and outputs because I'm not using anything sterio like that. Does anyone know If I can use a single new pot replacment.
