And to wind it up, Dawn closed the show with her band Hatfield Rain:

What a band! Want one o' them guitars too... three options with two levers, amazing you can get the IV, the minor, and the dom7.

Thanks Ethan... sorry I called you Evan... but you did call me Simon, so we're even! I wish I was *that* Cowell!

Anyway, folks, here's the YT playlist... not exactly chronological, but you get what you get.

Haha, fair enough! I'm sorry about that, too! Hopefully next time we see each other I'll have had a little more sleep!

Thank you, Stephen!

I had a great time playing some sets at the show, particularly enjoyed the non pedal room!

I’m glad you were there!

I didn’t spend much time in the non-pedal room, but I enjoyed the sets that I attended. Too bad they don’t have an elevated platform for the performers. If you don’t get a seat in the very front, it’s hard to see the players. I hope to make it again next year.

That was your first Jamboree, right Chris? Hope it won't be your last, the chemistry you had with Gannon Phillips on the double bass... wasn't he a monster? Sure had a good time.

Thanks for your feedback Rick... yeah, that room is funky at best. We have ideas, a learning experience for sure.

First year for the new hotel... I liked the four elevators, not such a fan of the lunch buffet etc. I left Marriott a six paragraph review, we'll see if we can get biscuits and gravy next year for breakfast!

I was there two years ago, and I always go to the Phoenix show where I play guitar and also do one or two sets on pedal steel.

I thought Gannon was a wonderful player, and look forward to seeing him again!
