Anyone heard from Donny lately? He hasn't posted in several months and hasn't responded to a private message I sent.

No, but Donny comes and goes. He told me once that he has to take a break occasionally. Barring some other issues, I suspect he's just chillin'.

But, he usually responds to messages right away so....hope all's well.

I sent my private message to Donny in early November. He hasn't opened it yet; so, no reply.

I also sent him an email a couple of weeks ago. No reply.

Lee, you're a good man to be concerned and ask the question.

Take a look at this thread from 2007. Same question came up when he went silent... turns out he was on a 5 week vacation, cruising the world and wasn't reading email.

Let's hope he's doing the same these days, and having a great time. Fingers are crossed...

Gentlemen, I feel I must apologize for my absence; just been going through a lot of stuff on the homefront lately. A lot has happened, of late, and unfortunately none of it is in the musical arena. Suffice it to say that on top of quitting the band that I was in for 39 years (for reasons I won't go into now), I'm dealing with an increasing amount of problems, problems that have extinguished a lot of the "musical fire" and desire to help others that I used to have. In more ways than one, I seem to be running out of time.

All I can do is deal with the current problems and hope things will improve. I'll try to check in more often, and to get back in touch with those who have tried to contact me. I genuinely appreciate your concern; thank you.

Glad you're back.

39 years with one band??? I didn't make it past 14 months with my last aggregation - I was called "cantankerous" by one bandmate on my way out.
