Did Rickenbacker consistently use the same brand of pot? I know the pot values are all over the place, as are tuners - it's like they used whatever they could get. Basically, I'm wondering if it really matters what pot is in there or if any off-the-shelf replacement will do.

Depends on the year of manufacture 100 or 250 audio taper

The earliest frypans and volume only Bakelites usually had large 100 K Centralabs
