Lloyd Green 3 months ago I never heard much about you( wasn’t connected at all with a Steel guitar). Now I have watched your no BS approach and tip my hat to you! Even though I have danced and drank a lot to your Steel Playing for the legends of bygone era you are tops in my books now for sure! Happy Birthday and I will meet you someday somewhere and shake your hand!

Respectfully

I was very fortunate to see Peter Cooper at the Station Inn in Nashville, with Lloyd Green backing him on steel. It was not only the best steel tone I've ever heard, it was also the best SOUND I've ever heard.

Belated birthday to Mr. Lloyd Green, and hope he enjoys many more. Had I not heard those licks on "You Ain't Goin' Nowhere" I would not be playing this wonderful instrument.
Rejoice in the Lord, O ye righteous; praise is meet for the upright. Give praise to the Lord with the harp, chant unto Him with the ten-stringed psaltery. Sing unto Him a new song, chant well unto Him with jubilation. For the word of the Lord is true, and all His works are in faithfulness. The Lord loveth mercy and judgement; the earth is full of the mercy of the Lord.
