A remarkable rendition of an interesting piece of pop history.

Funny…Every taboo that I was taught in my early guitar years is now an accepted and expected musical device - don’t beat on the top or click it with your fingertips, don’t rely on alternate tunings because they’re a crutch, no “chicka-chicka” muted strumming, and You Must Hold The Guitar This Way. I’m glad to see those barriers blown up and out of the way so the instrument can advance as it should.

I was trying to figure out why you posted this in “Almost A Steel Guitar”. Changing tuning while in the midst of playing a melody with harmony or accompaniment definitely qualifies 😎
