Hey folks, I’m new to the forum and to steel guitar. I have always wanted to learn the steel and it’s time to give it a go. I decided to build one, so it’s just what I want, and because I just think it’s more fun that way. So far I’ve got some ash, some fingerboards, the bridges and nuts, and an idea. Basing this loosely on a Gibson consolette, so it’s pretty straight forward. If I can figure out pics on this site I’ll load a few up, but so far it doesn’t seem to want to upload on my phone.

Anyway, looking forward to progress and playing!

Check the size of your photo. They are probably too big and need to be resized. There is a limit to size. Check the for feedback section for many threads on this subject.

I read through those and it just isn’t working. It does nothing even if I resize down to like 600x450 in the resize box. I hit send and it just comes back to the same screen with nothing having occurred.
