New Jody Nix CD update

Post by Johnny Cox »

Update: Jody's new album will be available on all streaming/download platforms on June, 14th.

I'm happy to announce a brand new CD by Jody Nix and The Texas Cowboys called Its About Time. This CD features traditional country and Western Swing music. Jody (vocals and fiddle) along with the rest of the band, Robert Weeks (fiddle), Terry Thompson(drums), John Powell
(electric bass) (Johnny Cox(pedal steel), along with special guest Jake Hooker (upright bass), Mack Hooker(guitars) and Floyd Domino (piano) recorded this album live back in January at Allegro Sound Lab in Burleson, Texas. The record is produced by Jody Nix and Jake Hooker and engineered by Aarom Meador. It has twelve great songs. I used my MSA Tour Pro with D13th tuning.
The CD is now available on Heart Of Texas Records. You can order directly from Jody at www.jodynixmusic.com www.hillbillyhits.com
