I'm assuming you want regular six string guitar strings, although they also have seven and eight string sets.

I want to get sets for 10/12str pedal steel....C6/E9 sizes

If you're talking about the TiteFit strings manufactured by DR Strings, I don't see any pedal steel sets in either C6 or E9 tuning.
