Curious why the grill cloth and faceplate were changed on a pristine amp?

Hi Everyone

The grill cloth was changed because the old one looked bad, the silver faceplate was changed do to scratches and Fender said the silver ones were no longer available.

Hi Everyone

I welcome any comments Pro or Con on this amp. Its been in the family many years and thats the reason I had a Fender tech check everything out and bring it up to specs before putting it up for sale

Richard, check on Reverb for suggested worth, in good to mint condition, they show a max of around $1450 for a 1970-1971.
