For Sale: 2023 Williams SD12 7x5 *SOLD*

Post by Dan Ray »

*Sold off forum*

Posting this to guage interest, pretty sure 12 strings just isn't my thing. This is a 2023 Williams SD12 that is tuned to Ext E9 but could easily be converted to a universal tuning; that's basically what I ordered.

7 pedals, 5 knees. 4 raise, 3 lower. 3 or 4 compensation pulls. Raise helper springs, some have been disenguaged due to things not staying in tune. It came with an Alumitone pickup that i didnt like, so I had it changed to a 712. I can include the alumitone if you'd like. It was built at 27in height. The vertical now drops string 10 a whole step, everything else on the chart is correct. It also has a coil tap switch installed underneath. This guitar has less than 5 hours playing time.

Due to it having a few unforseen problems during production, it had to be shipped back twice. Because of this, there are 2 minor blemishes that happened during shipping. If you're standing more then a foot away, there unnoticeable. All of the problems have been fixed and it plays and sounds great, I'm just gonna stick to my 10 strings.

It was just over $4700 shipped to me, I'm asking $3700. I'm open to reasonable offers. I don't think I can ship this in the case, it's very big. I can drive a few hours to meet someone. Cash or Cashiers check or venmo would be fine. I do have PayPal also but would like to avoid the fees.

Feel free to message me with any offers or questions.

This is a Great buy on this Steel Guitar. The Williams Steel Guitars are top flight instruments. Wish I could afford it myself. I'm a 12 string player but I already have two other Steel Guitars. Someone needs to jump on this Steel Guitar.
