Brass Barrel tuning adjuster sho-bud

I’m looking to buy a couple brass barrel tuning adjusters for my ‘73 Sho-Bud pro I
I looked on Michael Yahl’s site and the item is out of stock. Unless the spring protrusion on these is able to be rehabbed?
