Howdy y'all,
A friend of mine in Athens GA is moving soon and selling his father's Fender 2000 D10. It's structurally in good shape but needs some TLC (new strings, cable pull adjustments, etc). Original pickups sound super clean with great string separation. Comes with all pedal rods (had not hooked them up when I tested it) and split cases for body and pedal rack. Copedent seems like factory stock but I'm not totally sure. It also weighs a ton, so local pickup only. DM me and I'll send you his email/phone.

Just a minor clarification...that looks like a Fender 2000. Fender 1000s were double 8 strings, and that's a double 10 string...
400 - S8
800 - S10
1000 - D8
2000 - D10
Good luck with the sale! Looks like a nice guitar.

Curious
Are there two knee levers on the guitar? Left knee left and right knee right? If so you might want to add that in your write up. Could sell faster....... or slower depending on authenticity police.

2000 model
Really a bargain if’n you’re a Handy Andy. Knee levers probly not orig, but look capable, sturdy, as do the cases. Fender was ‘mash pedals only’ in the era. But later, individuals would make add-ins/ons for Knees, only limited by ingenuity. Cosmetics have held up well overall. Best wishes for smooth ‘sale’ing.
