Who Is This Steel Player Doubling On Guitar?

Post by Lee Baucum »

Live at AJ's Good Time Bar in Nashville

This guy does a great job playing pedal steel guitar and regular guitar.

Who is he?

He's working pretty hard. I hope he gets two shares of the tips!

That's Danny. He can play just about anything with strings.

Danny is great, but I get so uncomfortable when I see that Tele behind that Emmon's... if that was me, I'd own 2 busted/scared up guitars... On a side note, I hear Flight Of The BumbleBee every time I hear a Country Song now... Great lick I wouldn't have thought of.

Today I streamed the entire show to my TV with the sound bar. Just incredible playing and the most killer tone on guitar and steel. He had a pedalboard and a Fender amp behind him but I don't know if it was direct or through the amp. No matter it's a wonderful show with licks out the wazoo.
