Tuner question

I have a set of these in my lap steel parts bin. Does anyone know which lap steel they’re used for? I see some newer ones for sale, but they don’t have two holes in the shaft like mine. Any help is much appreciated.

Those tuners with the non tapered shafts would generally be for a slot head guitar.
