Hey Steve,
Not yet, some hints from one member, but would really love to get the tab. This is an old favorite. Many thanks,

ican play most of it, but haven't settled on on ONE version.

HINT:
Garcia uses the BC pedals, more than most players.
If I ever get "something solid", to settle in on, I'll try to post it, but for now, it remains a jam

dire wolf tab

Can I have the tab for this song please? I have been into the Dead for awhile and just got my 1st PSG, so naturally I would want to gravitate to some of Jerry's playing. Thank you

I'm preparing a package of my tab for "Dire Wolf". It will include a tab booklet with intro, fills and solo and a CD with backing and vocal. I hope to have it ready for the ISGC. Projected price at this time is $25.

Hi all,
Here is some tab of my rendition the Dire Wolf lead. It might help you get in the ball park. Key of A on the E9 neck. I used an "f" for the E to F knee lever. (I don't tab very often. Hope you can make sense out of it.) (Cleaned up tab - 12/30/2011)
Regards,
Mike

Hey guys, bringing back this old thread.

I have the intro and solo down for Dire Wolf but would like o find tab for the rest of the song to speed up the process as it’s harder for me to hear. Lots of BC work in the solo.

I’m also looking for any other dead tunes sugar magnolia, sugared, Althea, Pride of etc.

Thank you,
Troy Moore
