Thanks for that Johnny. I think my favorite thing about the steel guitar is that I can get so much pleasure from hearing someone whose approach is so completely different from mine.

I completely understand. I'm my least favorite player. I get so much from hearing other people play and learning why they tune or setup their pedals in a certain way. I think that's what ultimately led me to this tuning.

Eye opening and jaw dropping!! You are on to something here, thanks for posting!
I thought Nashville was the roughest, but I know I’ve said the same about them all.

Awesome! I was hoping to get to Dallas this year, what would've been my 1st convention, specifically to see more about your tuning and maybe get a chance to sit on one of these guitars.

Thanks so much for posting.

I've seen a lot of your posts along the way, but remember 'P5' bring next to 'A', not the 'Maurice/Franklin'. What is the setup here that you finally settled on?

Thanks for sharing this! Back in January I switched to D13, 8x5 Emmons setup, after reading your posts and watching your previous videos on D13. I'm really enjoying the tuning - it just makes sense.
