Who is going to Dallas?

Post by Bill McCloskey »

I'll be going to Dallas for the first time in 20 years. My friend and long time forum member HowardR and I are flying down together. Looking forward to putting some faces to names.

Anyone headed down?

It’s been about 15 years but I’m going. Hoping to meet folks and hear great picking…

I’ll be there. Fortunately for all concerned I’m not playing steel, but I’ll play bass for Jay Dee and Bob Blair, and anyone else who wants.

I play music for a living, so I won't be able to be there, as I have jobs/gigs; y'all have fun.

I am brand new, and don't even have my guitar yet. But I am going on Friday to take in the beginner E9 session and spend the day meeting folks and getting to know who they are. Right now the only person I might recognize on sight is Derek Puckett, who is building my awesome guitar. Gotta start somewhere lol.

Should be fun. I'm getting there Thur night so I can hang around a little bit after the plane ride.
