Heard this one on the way to work the other day. Sirius Xm Pat Saint John is a big Stooge fan and many days starts his show off with a stooge clip. Hadn't heard this one since I was a kid. Made me laugh and started my day off on a good note. :D :D :D
Currently own, 6 Groner-tone lap steels, one 1953 Alamo Lap steel, Roland Cube, Fender Champion 40

Born in Chicago in 55,watched Stooges every day after school. They were my role models. I must admit I don't think I've ever seen that one

I'm just bummed that with 240 semester hours of college behind me I never received that lesson on the alphabet.

Moved from Steel Without Pedals to Music. Cute video, though.

Larry Fine, Curly Joe DeRita, and Moe Howard once endorsed Fender & Rogers for CBS:

Jack,

I believe that's Joe DeRita on the drum kit, but certainly a great picture. Thanks for posting.

Of course that's Curly Joe, Ian! Thanks for pointing out my error.

The Mustang (1964), Jaguar (1962), and Deluxe Reverb (1963) most likely were not even a twinkle in Leo Fender's eye when Curly Howard passed in 1952.

Columbia did not acquire the Rogers Drum Company until 1966, not long after they purchased Fender.

Nyuk, nyuk, nyuk.

Attention Three Stooges fans: there is an 11-hour video on YouTube, showing about 40 Stooges shorts, back to back, from 1934 to 1939, all with Curly. Binge away!

I loved the stooges with Curly and Shemp. The later Curly fill ins were sort of boring to me as a kid.
