What model of JBL speaker would work in my Peavey Nashville 112 amplifier?

As JBLs go, the ideal speaker would be the K120 more power handling capability than the D120. Good luck finding either of those in good original condition at a fair price however. A lot of those models have been reconed with non JBL parts also.
The next best option for a JBL would be the E120, but they are not as well received as the others plus a lot heavier ceramic mag.
There are many other options for more recent speakers, such as the Weber line of jbl clones, but if you're set on JBLs, then those would be mine, and most others here, recommendations.
