When I was looking for a PP, I tried buying one from Billy Cooper and he wouldn't sell it to me because I was a new beginning player. I'm glad he didn't because I ended up with a 68 cut tail that is a show piece from someone else. I'll never deal with him......ever. I have no tolerance for narrow minded people. He told me to buy a new GFI........hard pass thanks.
