Anyone try the Celestion Copperback for pedal Steel ? I’m considering one, and wondering if anyone has tried one , as well as Copperback vs. the wheelhouse.

Looks like it should be a lightweight contender.

Eminence has a Copperhead. Copperback is Celestion which is OEM in my Quilter Mach 3. I go back and forth between loving it and finding its highs a bit bright.

Some days I think it's a perfect speaker, at least paired with the Quilter. And some days I wonder how another speaker would sound in it. I've seen that some people have replaced it with a Wheelhouse and are glad they did (in the Mach 3). I think the Wheelhouse is rated at 150W and the Copperback at 200W ? I may be remembering that wrong.

If you do one or the other I'll be interested in hearing your review.
