How to promote yourself and become really famous

Post by Gary Peters »

I've been working hard on a collaboration album with my son Francis (to be released soon). With the cost of living crisis, I thought, why pay a fortune for professional promotion when you can do it yourself for free? It can't be that difficult! So here you have it...I'm super impressed. If you're wondering where Francis is in all of this, there are plenty of photos of him in the background. OK, my miming skills are yet to reach full development.

Mock as much as you like...but just think of the fame that awaits!

Cheers Larry. Yes, I should be really famous within the next few days. Up to 103 plays on YouTube, so not exactly viral yet!!

Here's hoping.

Gary, Your video put a smile on my face! But your forgot to put the words "shocking" "amazing" "greatest" and others in your title.

The last time I told my wife I was a genius (I think it was the day before yesterday) her yawn reached new extremities, but she hasn't watched my self-promo video...so what does she know?!!!!

And thanks Lee (I'm sure someone, if not your wife, thinks you're a genius too).

And, yes, I know I sound a bit crazed!

It's the fame getting to me.

I think the red sunglasses are your key to fame - or are those rose colored? Enjoyed the video.

Thanks Rick.

Well, as regards my steel playing, I've been wearing rose-tinted spectacles for years, it's just that they were invisible. Actually wearing some brought a new authenticity to my music that, sadly, has not so far been conjoined with fame.

Onwards!
