Little Walter PF 89/Matching cab w/12

Post by Jeff Buesing »

Howdy,

I have a brand new Little Walter PF 89 and matching PF 12" Eminence in black western tolex sitting in my basement. I love the amp, but my arthritis requires me to cut weight (I'm using a Katana).

I got the amp in about April, and it's never left my house.

I also have new Tuki covers for both (about $175).

My question is, what's the right amount to ask for this amp? If I can get what I think I should, I'll post pics and put it up for grabs.

Opinions?

Jeff,

Once you have a price nailed down, can I have the first shot at buying the amp, cab, and Tiki covers? Have been looking for one of these for a while... Thanks in advance.

From,
Christo

Jeff - To answer your question, Reverb.com has a "comparable." See this listing:

https://reverb.com/item/6440477-little- ... tern-tolex

So, this particular amp was listed for about $2 grand. And, that was about 5 years ago.

What did it actually sell for? There was one offer. So, most likely, not for what it was listed for.

Just a thought...
blah, blah, blah.

Jeff,

After seeing the pictures from the old Reverb listing Dan just shared, I'm very eager to make a deal at a comparable price! Would love to make a deal on the amp, matching cabinet, and the Tuki covers... Let me know. Thanks.
