Some years ago, I corresponded with Ken on the subject of Felix Mendelssohn's Hawaiian Serenaders and their well known steel player aka "Kealoha Life."
"I could tell you some stories about him. The band members called him "Lo Life." wrote Ken, but did not elaborate.
Ken sent me some sheet music and among it was this scan which I thought members would find interesting.

| Another of the former Serenaders told me they called Kealoha Life "Keyhole Lifi". He certainly had an idiosyncratic writing style in his many articles for BMG magazine. |
