This is Ian Carroll, a fellow I've heard a couple of times at Central Market in Lancaster (I've sat in on tambourine this tune just to play the time jump;
he has various percussion instruments laid out on a blanket for other children). Not to mention his own one-man band rig.
Ian has teamed up with a guitar/harmonica player who's the perfect complement. Everything about him is mister natural. Dare I say, an origial.
Some tunes are like new old tunes, seemingly traditional--deep Americana, by someone who picked it up by walking through it for a couple of centuries,
playing his fiddle as he goes.

You can hear what I mean on the last parts of their playing at Kitchen Kettle Village (a couple of blocks from here).
He plays intervals that aren't intervals if you know what I mean, but they impart something of other worlds (like Morocco) at times.
