Not the wrong key, but once doing a Gospel Concert in Roseburg Ore, had the 6th snap and slide out from under my bar right near the end of a song.
Well that 6th string was "Key" to the kick off of the next song, and although I had the song in the correct Key, but I was soooooo shook not having that 6th string that I kicked the song off in 3/4 time... it was a 4/4 song My brother was playing bass and pulling on the strings as hard and as loud as he could and was able to get us back on track.
Wrong Key!
