My StroboStomp HD doesn’t turn off anymore. It used to turn of when you unplugged the guitar from it, but one day it quit doing that.
Now I have to use a wall wart because it drains batteries in one night, it’s really inconvenient. Is there a setting I somehow changed? I looked through all the menus and didn’t see anything.

I had a similar problem with my 'StroboStomp'. The battery function remained active not only when the input cable was unplugged but even after the DC adapter was plugged in (which should negate the battery function). Since I had mounted the tuner on my pedal board anyway, I simply removed the battery.
