Need bar and special ring attachment for handicapped person

I'm trying to find a bar and an attachemnt for a friend who has had a stroke. His left had is incapable of holding onto the bar and needs a ring type attachment that will snap onto the bar. I was able to locate one of these on the forum a few years ago for another person in the same situation, so here's hoping! Just PM me if you can help.
