Howdy friends, had some other gear for sale but it's all already gone! All that's left is the Emmons VP - let me know if you're interested, I'll throw in shipping!

Emmons Style Drop-Pin VP - $75 shipped
Classic Emmons style VP. Needs new pot, but drop pin is included. Came with my D10 push pull, but I've always been a Goodrich 120 Low Profile guy, so it's just been sitting in a drawer since I bought that guitar.

I'll give you $50 for it. It looks pretty rough.

You have good taste in preamps... :-) I built up a couple of VP312s.. love 'em!

Sorry, topic drift.

Sorry for the delay here fellas, got caught up. Larry, I appreciate the offer and would’ve been no problem, but my pal Willis who just sold me a beautiful old bass reached out privately and wanted it, so it’s headed for Michigan.

And Bill - yep - the CAPI stuff is just awesome. I’ve got a few of those, some AML 1073s (another great DIY neve option) and 2 Avedis MA5s in my personal little tracking rig - they all sound great!

Thanks Ben, I've been looking for some other DIY options, I enjoy building these 500 series modules up, and generally they're a lot of bang for the buck. The CAPIs are killer.

I looked up the AML 1073, I hadn't seen that company before, but it looks especially cool. I'll check 'em out. Did you have any problems with delivery from a UK company? I guess they obviously ship here?

PM’d you Bill, so that Bob can close up this sale thread if need be. I’ll make a little donation to the forum here as well, thanks all!

Got it Ben, thanks! I may move this topic over the recording section with a new post. There are quite a few guys on the forum with home studios, and we've discussed DIY in the past.
