94 Deering Golden Era w Keith D Tuners and OHSC

Post by Chad Light »

For your consideration is my 1994 Deering Golde Era. This is a very powerful banjo and sounds very sweet up the neck. The banjo is in fantastic shape to be nearly 30 years old. This is basically Deering’s version of the ESS from Gibson. There are a few fine scratches on the resonator, none through the finish. There is a little dark spot on the peg head from a capo. The lacquer is starting to flake a little around the binding, typical of banjos this age. Included is the OHSC and the Bill Keith D tuners which work flawlessly. Spikes are on 7 and 9. I am happy to email/text a video of me playing the banjo. Asking $2200 plus ride.

One of the best sounding and playing banjos I ever owned. Good luck with the sale.
