Screen Mirroring App For Android Tablet

Post by Lee Baucum »

Anyone know of a good app I can use with my Samsung Android tablet?

I just want to be able to watch You Tube videos on our Samsung smart tv.

I've tried a couple of apps; but, in both cases the audio cuts out frequently.

Thanks!

Lee, I'm not sure what TV you have but my TV has the youtube app already on it. I am able to watch youtube video's by simply selecting the app on the TV. I thought all the smart TV's were the same in that respect. They're not?

I have a Samsung smart TV and I installed the YouTube App on it. Once I set it up with my credentials, all of the videos I watch on my computer are available via the TV app (including subscribed channels).

With a Samsung TV you have to install your desired Apps. YouTube did not come preinstalled on mine. Maybe Roku and TCL do, but not Samsung as of three years ago.

In your pull down menu where settings, Wi-Fi, flashlight and such are at, there is one called sync. This allows you to connect your android device to your tv. It works great. You do not need a 3rd party app.
