I’d want to hang on longer too, John. Might we see 👀the next ‘shot’ of the works, to reveal the knee-lever positions? Glad you moved it indoors from threatening showers!

John, that’s a beautiful guitar. In 1976 I ordered a new exact color because that was what John Hughey was using in the Conway days. Out of the 7 or 8 push/pulls I’ve owned was in the top two or three as far as tone, looks, and playability. Good luck with your sale someone will get a great axe.

John, seriously considering it. post surgery I cant drive another 3 weeks or so but I will be watching. On another note, I am one of the premier wood finishers in the mid atlantic. restored many custom paint/sunburst Fender vintage guitars. Restored many pieces at the white house as well as ran a Large Architectural millwork finishing plant. Its been my profession all my life. Point being if you get anything like this that needs restoration I would love to take it on if time permits.

TT soon

Thanks John, taking on PSG as a beginner to give me some rehab therapy. I've played 6 string guitar for years but always wanted to play steel.

Jeffrey, just want to tell you. You couldn't find a better guy to work with then John. He does absolutely beautiful work, and is a great guy to talk with. That is a wonderful looking guitar there.
