It is a 1972 Melbar rosac. 10 strings with original hard shell case. it is in wonderful shape and plays as it should. Great guitar
comes with original hsc

I've got one just like this, but never heard the term "rosac"... Where does that come from, what's it mean? Acronym?

Hey John: Semie Moseley was in Bakersfield, CA. Mid-60’s making all kinds of amps, guitars, etc. ..mostly SS stuff for awhile. You can go to Reverb, get that story re:’ Dumble, the Ventures, and the Little Known story of Moserite Amplifiers’.

Rosac was a company made up of former employees of Mosrite that went out on their own, and made Melobars for a while.
