Reduced:Paul Beard Gold Tone Mahogany Dobro w/Aura pickup

Post by Tab Tabscott »

Here is a Paul Beard Mahogany dobro in solid Mahogany equipped with Fishman Aura pickup
I have taken the liberty of enhancing the sound from this guitar with some special treatment inside. It easily sounds better than any off the rack Gold Tone—fantastic either acoustically or plugged in. Peghead has a lovely T on it, which means it’s a model T, for yours truly.

Comes in a lovely hard shell case.
$1000.00. Aura Pedal NOT included, or $1250.00 with the Accompanying Aura Pedal.
Plus shipping from 98070 (Washington state).

Hot rodding

I make the inside surfaces push more sound and air. I also make sure the downward pressure on the cone is “just right” by adjusting the angle of the tailpiece.

Because this dobro sounds better than them. Plays better too. For a fraction of the price. Bump.

Tab, I'm not clear (and I can't tell, with that (good-looking) "T" on the headstock: is this a Gold Tone Paul Beard Model, or a resonator built by Paul in his Maryland shop? Thnx for clarification... John
