Hmmm...there are aspects of it that seem Barney-ish to me, but I can't confirm it. His previous album (1959) lists a lot of the Waikiki regulars on it of the era:

Note Billy Hew Len and Barney Isaacs...oh wait, Danny Stewart and Pua Almeida on steel too! So if his second album was like the first it may have been a bit of a revolving door (like Steely Dan and studio lead guitarists).

Anyway, I'm terrible at this game, haha. It could be Barney but if so he's a bit underplaying for his usual style...eg the final track is pretty far off his usual notey/chordal Blue Hawaii...reminds me more of Danny Stewart? First track though is a bit more showy...my guess would be Billy Hew Len for that tune...choppy and percussive...
